Matthew Belmont moved to Arizona from Northern Virginia in 1999 after completing a successful and accomplished five-year tour of duty in the United State Marine Corps.

In 2001 he began his career as a loan officer, where he quickly found success due to his drive and desire to serve his client’s needs. Through continued education and the development of a strong supporting team, Matthew consistently ranked in the top 5% of producers within the company.

While developing and growing his business, Matthew completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix.

Today, Matthew is currently a Senior Mortgage Consultant with Amerifirst Financial. He focuses on the residential purchase market, but is extremely proficient in all aspects of lending, including construction, land, multi-family and acquisition and development.

When Matthew is not busy running his business, he his enjoying the time spent with his wife and daughter. He also trains and competes throughout the year in triathlon events in various race distances.
